Celebration & Custom Cakes

Celebration cake payment terms and conditions.

For cakes up to £100 payment is required in full upon booking - cancellations for these must be made 7 days before the event (inclusive of delivery date) for a date change or credit note only, no cash refunds will be given for cakes under £100. Any cancellations after 7 days will result in lost payment.

For celebration cakes £100 to £300 a 30% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date with the full balance due 21 days before the event.
Any cancellations must be made 21 days before the event (inclusive of delivery date) for a date change if possible. Any cancellations after 21 days will result in lost payment. Orders made within 21 days of event must be paid for in full upon booking and will be fully non refundable.

Cakes from £300 will be subject to wedding cake terms and conditions which will be sent upon initial enquiry or by request.
