Beautiful boxes of handmade macaron in six delicious summer inspired flavours. All handmade from the shells to the fillings. Quality ingredients, as locally sourced as possible.
Raspberry & Pistachio - raspberry compote with pistachio Swiss meringue cream (pale pink and green)
Italian Lemon - rich, tangy lemon curd with creamy lemon white chocolate butter ganache (yellow)
Orange & cardamon - fragrant orange gelee with orange & cardamon white chocolate butter ganache (orange)
Passionfruit & raspberry - compote with a complimenting Swiss meringue cream (pink and orange)
Strawberry & Basil - strawberry compote & Swiss meringue cream with a delicate hint of basil (bright pink)
Chocolate & Macadamia - a less intense, warmer 54% dark chocolate butter ganache with caramelised macadamia (ivory)
Storage - Macaron are best eaten at room temperature and are fine for a day or two stored like this away from any direct warmth. After this, keep in the fridge in an airtight container - they will keep safely for up to a week with no difference to flavours and fillings, however after 2-3 days the shells may soften a little so are at their very best within this period.
